- Catalina Velázquez Gil joined the board; she is a lawyer who led Ecopetrol’s Hydrocarbons Legal Management.
- Camilo Alfonso Barco was appointed to the board; the lawyer has 30+ years in investment banking, capital markets, corporate governance.
- Julián Lemos Valero also joined; the mechanical engineer led strategy, new business, M&A roles at Ecopetrol.
- Harley Lorentz Scardoelli was named audit committee coordinator; Barco joined the statutory audit committee.
