Reuters2026/08/19 11:05- Quimbaya Gold granted 37 Capital an exclusive 12-month option to buy the non-core Berrio project in Antioquia, Colombia.
- Total consideration could reach USD 3.75 million in cash and shares if the option is exercised.
- Terms include USD 250,000 in non-refundable deposits during the option period.
- If exercised, Quimbaya would receive 7,600,000 37 Capital shares, equal to about 19.9% of the buyer, at C$ 0.1 each.
- Proceeds would be directed to exploration at the Tahami project and general working capital; Quimbaya keeps Berrio if the option lapses.
