Homerun Resources signs MOU with Cebrace to explore solar glass partnership in Brazil
Reuters2026/08/19 11:28- Homerun Resources signed an exclusive MOU with Cebrace to evaluate a commercial partnership tied to a planned solar glass plant in Bahia, Brazil.
- Cebrace would supply solar module back glass for integration into Homerun’s solar products, subject to due diligence and definitive agreements.
- Cebrace would also advise on development, implementation, and operations for the proposed facility.
- The MOU could allow a shift to three front-glass lines and one hybrid line, replacing the feasibility-study plan that included one back-glass line.
- Front glass is the highest-margin product, positioning the potential reconfiguration to lift project economics while outsourcing back-glass supply.
