- Revenue fell 21% year-over-year to USD 100.9 million, as product revenue dropped 42% to USD 40.8 million while service revenue rose 6% to USD 60.1 million.
- Gross margin improved 4.2 percentage points to 34.8%, while operating expenses declined 15% to USD 29.6 million including USD 747,000 of restructuring charges.
- Gross product orders slid to USD 37.7 million from a year earlier, taking the book-to-bill ratio to 0.9; backlog ended at USD 312.5 million.
- Management highlighted more than USD 20 million of fiscal 2026 cost and margin improvement, alongside a TCW Asset Management financing to bolster liquidity and ease covenants through December 2027.
