ICE extends USD 3.67 billion revolving credit facility maturity to 2031 under amended credit agreement
Reuters2026/08/21 11:33- ICE amended its USD 3.9 billion senior unsecured revolving credit facility, extending maturity for USD 3.67 billion of commitments to Aug. 20, 2031.
- The amendment created a USD 1.5 billion MarketAxess Revolving Commitments class to fund the pending MarketAxess acquisition-related needs.
- A new USD 2 billion delayed-draw term loan facility was signed with Bank of America as administrative agent, maturing 24 months after funding.
- Bridge facility commitments tied to the acquisition were cut to zero from USD 6.2 billion following USD 3.73 billion of senior unsecured notes issuance.
