- Option allows one-time exercise for 100–200 BTC through Aug. 21, 2027 at a US$ 100,000 strike.
- Strategy shifts bitcoin exposure from Purpose Bitcoin ETF units to direct, on-chain holdings alongside option exposure.
- Net proceeds from the ETF sale are earmarked to fund a US$ 1.93 million option premium and buy BTC directly.
- K33 Markets is expected to handle execution, custody, and treasury administration for the direct BTC holdings.
