- Rush shareholders received 24,983,671 Myriad common shares, based on an exchange ratio of 1 Rush share to 0.54 Myriad shares.
- Rush stock options were exchanged for 2,110,120 Myriad stock options, adjusted to reflect the same ratio.
- Rush shareholders also received 11,555,816 Spinco shares tied to a Boxi Property spinout in Quebec, funded with $100,000.
- The Rush shares were delisted from the Canadian Securities Exchange following closing.
