- Casale cited R$ 3.6 billion operating cash flow; Capex down 33%; net loss driven by higher financial expenses and discontinued-operations effects.
- Luz said leverage allocation between Fuel Distribution and Sugar/Ethanol remains undecided; focus on completing the plan by March, separation by December.
