Infineon agrees to acquire C2i Semiconductors

- Deal adds C2i’s software-defined multiphase controllers, smart power stages, digital energy management, and vertical power architectures such as SIVR.
- Transaction expected to close in Q3 2026.
- Acquisition strengthens Infineon’s R&D footprint in India, where it employs about 2,800 people.
