- The issue raised about SEK 575,000 via set-off.
- The transaction was executed under an authorization from the 2026 annual general meeting.
- Share capital is set to increase by SEK 186,384.09 to SEK 12,213,830.28, subject to registration.
- Total shares will rise to 627,999,981.
- This implies dilution of about 1.53% of capital and 1.52% of voting rights.
