Reuters2026/08/24 19:27- Inter-Rock Minerals launched a normal course issuer bid to repurchase up to 1,000,000 common shares for cancellation.
- The cap equals about 4.6% of shares outstanding, representing 21,649,311 shares, or about 9.3% of public float.
- Purchases may start around Aug. 29, 2026, running up to 12 months, ending no later than Aug. 28, 2027.
- The prior buyback, ending Aug. 28, 2026, repurchased 89,800 shares at an average price of $1.02.
