- Monthly interest due June 1 through Sept. 1, 2026 deferred to closing of a planned Central Florida billboard asset sale.
- Sale proceeds earmarked first for full repayment of amounts owed to the lending group.
- Guarantor to pledge a Bridgeton, Missouri billboard as added collateral for any repayment shortfall.
- Bakersfield, California billboard to be pledged as added collateral upon certain events of default.
