08:54 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Technology stocks were advancing premarket Tuesday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) up 1.1% and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) 2.5% higher. Cisco Systems (CSCO) shares were up more than 1% after the company launched its Sovereign Critical Infrastructure portfolio in Canada for government agencies and organizations operating critical infrastructure.
