Verve Group wins Swedish approval to relocate registered office to Ireland
Reuters2026/08/25 15:08- Verve Group Media received Swedish regulator clearance to move its registered office from Sweden to Ireland.
- Transfer is expected to complete in early October 2026, subject to re-registration with Ireland’s Companies Registration Office.
- Re-registration will trigger a new ICRO registration number, a new ISIN, and a new first trading day under that ISIN.
