- Results reflected higher project evaluation spending as the group advanced Japan-based projects following the end of the Barrick alliance.
- Interest income rose to CAD 112,007, mainly from cash equivalents, while foreign exchange swung to a CAD 32,104 gain.
- Convertible debentures issued in the period added interest expense of CAD 29,725, partly offset by a CAD 1,824 unrealized derivative gain.
- Cash fell to CAD 1.79 million from CAD 2.97 million, while working capital declined to CAD 1.81 million from CAD 2.66 million.
