D-Wave Quantum Names Golkov Interim CFO Following Markovich's Retirement

05:21 PM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- D-Wave Quantum (QBTS) said on Tuesday Chief Financial Officer John Markovich is retiring and will resign starting Sept. 2. The company said Markovich's departure was not the result of any disagreement over the company's business, operations, accounting policies, financial statements, or internal controls. Greg Golkov, D-Wave's senior vice president of finance, will succeed Markovich as interim CFO and principal financial and accounting officer, the company said. Golkov has held the senior vice president role since May 2023, overseeing accounting, SEC reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury and tax.
