- Normalised revenue came in at ZAR 9.44 billion, while EBITDA totaled ZAR 923 million.
- Effective gross revenue rose 7% to ZAR 99.9 billion on inclusion of PINless top-ups, prepaid electricity, ticketing and universal vouchers.
- Final dividend set at 10 cents per share, taking the total payout to 53.56 cents; a share repurchase program will start.
- Cell C listing in November 2025 shifted it from subsidiary to associate, with the retained stake equity-accounted from Dec. 1, 2025.
