Jatt III Acquisition Prices $60 Million IPO

03:59 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Jatt III Acquisition (JTTT) has priced its initial public offering of 6 million ordinary shares at $10 each for total gross proceeds of $60 million, the blank check firm said late Tuesday. The underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 900,000 shares. Closing is expected to occur on Thursday, subject to closing conditions. Shares are expected to debut Wednesday on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker "JTTT."
