TAESA unit Sao Pedro gains about R$ 5.8 million in additional allowed revenue after grid upgrade energization
Reuters2026/08/26 09:07- TAESA’s São Pedro transmission concession secured ONS release terms for the energization of a third autotransformer bank at the Rio Grande II substation.
- São Pedro will receive an additional annual permitted revenue (RAP) of about R$ 5.8 million for the 2026-2027 cycle, including PIS/COFINS.
- The RAP is retroactive to Aug. 14-21, 2026.
- The amount is provisional and will be reset at the concession’s next periodic tariff review in 2029.
