- Dukes will report to Chief Marketing Officer Sharon Otterman.
- Role includes oversight of creative strategy, brand expression across customer touchpoints under the Bold New Chapter strategy.
- Most recently managing director, global brand, creative and agency operations at Delta Air Lines.
- Previously held creative leadership roles at Comcast NBCUniversal, The Home Depot.
