Lithium Ionic completes US$37.5 million sale of Salinas lithium properties to PLS
Reuters2026/08/26 09:23- Lithium Ionic completed the sale of its Salinas lithium properties in Minas Gerais, Brazil, to PLS’ unit PLS Brasil Mineração for US$37.5 million.
- US$30 million cash received at closing.
- US$7.5 million deferred payment due on a positive final investment decision for PLS’ Colina project or by Dec. 31, 2029.
- Seller retained a 2% royalty on future spodumene sales.
