- Shareholders also endorsed payment of underwriting commitment fees to certain larger shareholders, satisfying the condition tied to those commitments.
- The rights issue covers 3,268,143 new ordinary shares at SEK 125 each, fully covered by subscription and underwriting commitments.
- Trading with subscription rights runs through Aug. 26; the subscription period is set for Sept. 1–15.
- Net proceeds are expected at about SEK 398 million, earmarked to partly finance the planned acquisition of Glenhaven Foods.
