Reuters2026/08/26 09:28- Freeman Gold settled annual interest on its 10% convertible unsecured debentures issued Aug. 18, 2025 through common-share issuance.
- Issued 300,000 shares at a deemed price of $0.4 each to satisfy $120,000 of interest on $1.2 million principal.
- Shares issued for interest carry a statutory hold period until Dec. 25, 2026.
