Aroundtown H1 FY26 profit drops 62% to €218.1 million; revenue rises 0.44% to €761.7 million
Reuters2026/08/26 10:02- Aroundtown posted H1 2026 profit of EUR 218.1 million, down 62% year over year; basic EPS fell to EUR 0.08.
- Revenue edged up 0.44% to EUR 761.7 million; net rental income was flat at EUR 590.6 million.
- Operating profit slumped to EUR 472.1 million from EUR 864.1 million, as property revaluations and capital gains dropped to EUR 1.7 million.
- Adjusted EBITDA (non-IFRS) was steady at EUR 500 million, while FFO I (non-IFRS) fell 4% to EUR 143.8 million.
- Maintained FY 2026 FFO I guidance of EUR 275 million–EUR 305 million; dividend per share outlook set at EUR 0.12–EUR 0.135.
