ASX sets FY26 final dividend at 104.7 cents a share

- Dividend reinvestment plan applies, covering about 31.06% of shareholders, representing $63.56 million of the $204.6 million dividend.
- New shares issued at a 2.5% discount to the nine-day VWAP period starting today.
- Barrenjoey to underwrite about 18.94% of the dividend value, lifting the reinvestment plan to 50% or $102.3 million.
- No discount applies to shares issued to Barrenjoey under the underwriting arrangement.
