Photronics FY26 Q3 GAAP net income rises 26.3% to $28.9 million; revenue increases 2.7% to $216 million
Reuters2026/08/26 11:03- Photronics posted fiscal Q3 revenue of $216 million, up 2.7% year over year and 2.9% sequentially.
- GAAP net income attributable to shareholders climbed to $28.9 million, or $0.49 a share, from $0.39 a year earlier.
- Non-GAAP net income attributable to shareholders was $29.4 million, or $0.50 a share, versus $0.42 in the prior quarter.
- IC revenue rose 5% year over year and sequentially to $154.7 million; FPD revenue fell 2% on both comparisons to $61.4 million.
- CEO George Macricostas cited recovery of delayed semiconductor design releases; Q4 revenue guidance was $207 million-$227 million.
