- The board proposes investing SEK 21.5 million at a SEK 40 million pre-money valuation, split into SEK 12 million initially.
- A second tranche of SEK 9.5 million is scheduled for Jan. 13, 2027, conditional on commercial milestones and agreed capital use.
- At full completion, CombinedX would own about 35% of Xalerate before any future dilution.
- Independent committee review, supported by Redeye’s fairness opinion, found the terms reasonable, underpinning the board’s recommendation to back the deal.
