Bath & Body Works' Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Earnings Increase, Net Sales Decline; Fiscal 2026 Outlook Updated

07:15 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bath & Body Works (BBWI) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.62 per diluted share, up from $0.37 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.24. Net sales for the quarter ended Aug. 1 were $1.51 billion, compared with $1.55 billion a year earlier. Analysts expected $1.50 billion. The company expects Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.07 to $0.12 and a decline of 2.5% to 5% in net sales. Analysts expect $0.26 in adjusted EPS on revenue of $1.55 billion. For fiscal 2026, Bath & Body Works raised its adjusted EPS guidance to between $2.60 and $2.80 from $2.40 to $2.65 previously. Outlook for net sales was narrowed to a decline of 2.5% to 4%, from the previous range of 2.5% to 4.5%. Analysts expect $2.65 in adjusted EPS on revenue of $7.10 billion. Shares of Bath & Body Works were down more than 3% premarket Wednesday.
