SFL Preliminary Q2 Earnings, Operating Revenue Rise

07:30 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SFL (SFL) reported preliminary Q2 basic earnings Wednesday of $0.25 per share, up from $0.01 a year earlier. An analyst polled by FactSet expected $0.06. Operating revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $200.8 million, compared with $192.6 million a year earlier. One analyst expected $181.3 million. SFL also declared its 90th consecutive quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share, payable on or around Sept. 22 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 9. The company said the NYSE ex-dividend date is also Sept. 9. Shares of the company were up 2.3% in Wednesday premarket activity.
