Perion to Acquire PRN for up to $12 Million in Cash

07:43 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Perion Network (PERI) said Wednesday that it agreed to acquire in-store retail media company PRN for up to $12 million in cash. The deal is expected to be accretive from closing and contribute about $3 million to adjusted EBITDA in 2027, excluding synergies, it said. PRN will operate as Perion Retail Networks and add exclusive in-store media inventory across more than 7,450 retail locations in North America, it added.
