11:25 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Amazon (AMZN) said Wednesday its AWS unit is acquiring DuckLabs, the Amsterdam-based company behind the open source analytical database DuckDB, for an undisclosed sum. AWS and DuckLabs have worked together since 2024, it said. The transaction is expected to close shortly, the company said. Price: 260.25, Change: -0.81, Percent Change: -0.31
