OverActive Media Reports Wider Net Loss, Lower Revenue for Second Quarter

04:23 PM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- OverActive Media (OAM.V) after trade Wednesday reported a second-quarter loss of C$3.1 million, compared with C$3 million a year ago. The company said the increase reflected lower gross profit and higher finance costs, partially offset by lower operating expenses. Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 fell 40% to C$5 million from C$8.4 million a year earlier. The company said the decline was mainly because two major live events from last year, LEC on the Road in Madrid and the Call of Duty League Championship Weekend hosted in Canada, did not repeat in 2026.
