Lomiko Metals announces special securityholder meeting on GBM buyout proposal
Reuters2026/08/26 22:00- Lomiko Metals will hold a special meeting in Vancouver, British Columbia on Sept. 23, 2026.
- Securityholders will vote on a plan of arrangement for Global Battery Materials to acquire all shares for CAD 0.13 each.
- Transaction is structured as an all-cash buyout. Closing is expected in Q4 2026 if approved.
- On completion, Global Battery Materials would own 100% of the shares. Lomiko shares would be delisted.
