- Final dividend proposal: 1p per ordinary share, payable Oct. 9, 2026, to holders on the Sept. 4 record date.
- Capital measures include share allotment authority, pre-emption waiver up to GBP 470,921, share buyback authority up to 9,418,420 shares.
