- CEO Erik Jivmark will step down on Aug. 27, 2026 amid a strategic review following Altor’s takeover in July 2026.
- Kågebäck joined Sleep Cycle in 2019, previously serving as CTO, leading development and operations of the company’s technical platform.
- He holds a PhD in machine learning and AI from Chalmers University of Technology, with prior software development and technical leadership experience.
