TotalEnergies completes transfer of 10% Arctic LNG 2 stake to Novatek unit NordLine
Reuters2026/08/27 06:50- TotalEnergies completed the transfer of its 10% stake in Arctic LNG 2 to NordLine, a Novatek subsidiary.
- The group is no longer a shareholder in the Russian LNG project.
- It retained rights to seek reimbursement of about USD 1.3 billion in shareholder loans, subject to applicable sanctions.
