BAL Germany H1 EBIT loss widens to EUR 60,000; H1 revenue falls 4.59% to EUR 187,000
Reuters2026/08/27 08:47- BAL Germany posted a first-half 2026 operating loss (EBIT) of EUR 60,000, widening from EUR 26,000 a year earlier.
- EBITDA swung to a loss of EUR 29,200 from a profit of EUR 4,200 in the prior-year period.
- Net loss deepened to EUR 73,100, while revenue slipped to EUR 187,000.
- Rental and leasing income fell 8.2% to EUR 119,300 due to the sale of three residential units; average vacancy rose 2 percentage points to 7%.
- 2026 EBIT outlook cut to a loss of EUR 90,000-EUR 100,000; 2027 seen returning to a profit of EUR 60,000-EUR 70,000.
