- Shareholders passed all resolutions, including confirming dividend payments, appointing Deloitte & Touche South Africa as auditor, confirming Arnold Goldberg’s appointment.
- Resolutions also adopted the reappointment of directors, appointments to the audit committee, and appointments to the social, ethics and sustainability committee.
- Investors endorsed authorities to place unissued shares, issue shares for cash, and implement AGM resolutions; these approvals do not confirm any issuance.
- Special resolutions adopted board and committee fee structures, financial assistance authorities under sections 44 and 45, and share repurchase authorities; execution was not confirmed.
