TD Bank quarterly profit jumps on capital markets strength
Reuters2026/08/27 10:32Aug 27 (Reuters) - TD Bank TD.TO reported a jump in third-quarter profit on Thursday, as the Canadian lender benefited from robust performance in its capital markets business.
Its profit was C$4.62 billion ($3.33 billion), or C$2.74 per share, in the three months ended July 31, compared with C$3.34 billion, or C$1.89 per share, a year earlier.
