- EBIT rose to EUR 32.5 million; the prior-year period included a one-off EUR 46.5 million refinancing gain, while 2026 saw a EUR 7.4 million hit.
- Net financial debt fell EUR 8 million from end-2025 to EUR 488 million; financial autonomy improved 1.3 percentage points to 13.4%.
- Construction order book increased 10% since end-2025 to EUR 1.8 billion; 2026 operating revenue guidance was kept at about EUR 850 million.
