07:27 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sharon AI (SHAZ) said Thursday it appointed David Burns as chief operating officer, overseeing the delivery and operation of its expanding AI infrastructure estate. The company said its current COO, Andrew Leece, will move to the role of head of strategic partnerships and co-founder, focusing on key customer, data center and strategic relationships. The leadership changes will take effect Sept. 7, it added.
