Biconomy Price Prediction: BICO Climbs 57% as Biconomy Expands Its Futures Market

Biconomy (BICO) has staged a sharp rebound as traders monitor renewed activity across the token’s spot and derivatives markets. BICO recently traded near $0.02617, according to the supplied market data, after gaining 23.17% within 24 hours. Its seven-day advance reached 57.30%, highlighting a rapid shift in short-term sentiment.

Trading volume also climbed to about $161 million, showing strong participation during the move. However, the rally comes after a steep decline earlier this month. Historical data shows BICO reached levels above $0.08 before retreating sharply.

The four-hour chart points to improving momentum despite a recent pullback. BICO climbed above its major moving-average cluster before reaching nearly $0.03256. Sellers then pushed the token lower, creating a sharp rejection from that high.

Nevertheless, the broader structure remains constructive while price holds above key moving averages. The Bollinger Band %B reading near 0.95 also places price close to the upper band. Hence, buyers still control the near-term structure, although volatility remains elevated.

The first major hurdle sits around $0.02907, based on the 0.786 Fibonacci level. A sustained move above that resistance could bring $0.03200 into focus.

Significantly, a break beyond $0.03256 could strengthen the bullish setup. Traders could then watch $0.03500 as the next potential upside objective.

However, losing $0.02633 would weaken the immediate structure. Consequently, BICO could retreat toward $0.02440 and then the $0.02293 area.

Open interest remained relatively subdued through much of the observed period. Occasional increases appeared during short-lived price recoveries. That pattern suggested limited conviction among leveraged traders.

More recently, open interest rose sharply toward $26.18 million while BICO traded near $0.024. This increase indicates that traders began opening more leveraged positions around depressed prices. Therefore, the market could experience larger price swings if positioning continues to build.

Additionally, the sharp rise creates the possibility of rapid liquidations. A strong move in either direction could force leveraged traders to close positions. Hence, open interest deserves close attention alongside price and volume.

BICO’s spot flows have also shown a notable change in market behavior. Inflows dominated earlier periods, with several large spikes suggesting stronger buying interest. Activity later weakened as outflows appeared intermittently.

Around late June, a significant inflow accompanied a temporary price recovery. However, selling pressure returned during early August as substantial outflows emerged.

Toward the end of the observed period, inflows strengthened again. Net inflows reached approximately $1.70 million, suggesting renewed accumulation. Moreover, the return of positive flows supports the broader improvement in market sentiment.

Separately, Biconomy.com announced a new BRKBUSDT perpetual futures contract. The platform scheduled trading to begin at 12:00 UTC on August 27. The contract tracks Berkshire Hathaway Class B derivatives rather than BICO itself.

The product offers 1x to 10x leverage with USDT settlement. Its funding fee settles every eight hours, according to the supplied listing details. This launch expands the platform beyond cryptocurrency-focused exposure.

Key levels remain well-defined for Biconomy as BICO attempts to extend its recent recovery:

Upside levels: $0.02907, $0.03200, and $0.03256 represent immediate hurdles. A decisive breakout above $0.03256 could open the path toward $0.03500.

Downside levels: $0.02633 provides immediate support, followed by $0.02440 and the $0.02293–$0.02224 support cluster. A deeper correction could expose $0.02010.

Resistance ceiling: $0.03256 remains the critical level to flip for stronger medium-term bullish momentum. The recent rejection from this zone shows that sellers still defend higher prices.

Biconomy’s price outlook hinges on whether buyers can defend $0.02633 and regain momentum toward the $0.02907–$0.03256 resistance zone. Stronger inflows and rising trading activity could support another bullish attempt.

If BICO breaks above $0.03256 with sustained volume, the next target could reach $0.03500. Conversely, losing $0.02633 could trigger a deeper retracement toward $0.02440 and potentially $0.02293.

For now, BICO remains at a pivotal technical zone. The recent surge, renewed inflows, and elevated open interest support bullish optimism. However, price confirmation above major resistance will determine whether the recovery develops into a sustained uptrend.

The Citi report points out that the current macro environment is highly similar to the tightening cycle of 1988-1989, when the economy remained resilient and inflation pressures gradually accumulated, followed by a slowdown in economic activity before policies shifted to easing. During that tightening cycle, the Federal Reserve raised interest rates 16 times in a row.

Rare alliance of arch-rivals! Musk and Altman support Dario Amodei's call to "slow down AI globally"

Anthropic's Amodei issued a call to "slow down AI globally," and to everyone's surprise, rivals Musk and Altman both publicly endorsed the initiative. The three industry giants unanimously agreed to grant third-party access to "employee-level" evaluation rights and to implement coordinated deceleration measures. Altman went further, announcing that OpenAI will not IPO this year. The resignation of a researcher and a collective breakout of uncontrollable AI systems have ignited long-standing industry fears.
