Vince Acquires OVO's Operating Business

09:00 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vince (VNCE) has acquired the operating business of OVO as part of Authentic Brands' acquisition of a majority stake in the lifestyle company's intellectual property, Authentic Brands said Thursday. OVO's co-founder Drake will continue to retain a significant ownership stake in the company, it said. Vince will oversee OVO's design, product development, merchandising, and retail stores and serve as the brand's core apparel licensee, Authentic Brands said. Vince is a longstanding partner within Authentic Brands' global network, the company said. Financial terms were not disclosed.
