09:02 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Financial stocks were falling premarket Thursday, with the State Street Financial Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLF) declining by 0.8%. The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was 2.4% lower and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was up 2.5%. Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD) shares were up 0.8% after the company reported higher fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings and revenue.
