- BlackRock’s share-linked voting rights fell below 3% on Aug. 19 to 2.98%, reflecting disposals.
- Holdings then rose above 3% on Aug. 20 to 3.07%, reflecting acquisitions.
- Total voting rights including equivalent financial instruments stood at 3.1% on Aug. 19, rising to 3.19% on Aug. 20.
