Rubrik Fiscal Q2 Swings to Adjusted Profit, Revenue Rises; Q3 Guidance Set

04:21 PM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Rubrik (RBRK) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP earnings late Thursday of $0.20 per diluted share, swinging from a loss of $0.03 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected EPS of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 rose to $427.3 million from $309.9 million a year earlier. Analysts expected $396.3 million. Rubrik expects fiscal Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.07 to $0.09 on revenue of $429 million to $431 million. Analysts expect $0.06 and $418.3 million, respectively. The company now expects fiscal 2027 adjusted EPS of $0.47 to $0.53 on revenue of $1.685 billion to $1.693 billion, compared with prior guidance for adjusted EPS of $0.25 to $0.35 on revenue of $1.638 billion to $1.648 billion. Analysts expect $0.31 and $1.64 billion, respectively. Shares of Rubrik were down more than 8% in after-hours trading.
