- Concert held 34,281,048 shares, representing 25.22% of capital, 28.94% of voting rights at that date.
- As of Aug. 28, 2026, stake stood at 34,302,703 shares, representing 25.18% of capital, 28.81% of voting rights.
- Move driven by Guillemot Brothers’ market purchases; the group signaled it may keep buying depending on market conditions.
- Tencent Mobility also held 235 “océanes” convertible bonds, exercisable into 595,595 shares at EUR 39.46 per share.
