- Borrowings will support general corporate purposes, including pre-FID project costs for CP2 and Plaquemines bolt-on expansions.
- Bank of America will act as administrative agent, coordinating lead arranger, sole bookrunner.
- Other coordinating lead arrangers include J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, ING; additional banks joined as lead arrangers.
