EPH Invest completes 1-for-20 share consolidation
Reuters2026/09/07 16:26- EPH Invest executed a 1-for-20 share consolidation, effective today.
- Ordinary shares outstanding fell to 5,618,405 from 112,368,105; five shares were canceled to balance the operation.
- Fractional entitlements will be cash-settled using a normalized unit price of EUR 1.44 per post-consolidation share.
- The price reference uses the last pre-consolidation official price of EUR 0.07, adjusted by the 1:20 ratio.
- Share capital remained unchanged at EUR 2.7 million.
