- That compares with an about $102,000 combined loss in Q3–Q4 fiscal 2025, a roughly $214,000 bottom-line improvement.
- Q4 revenue fell 6% to $3.36 million, while SG&A dropped 17% to about $790,000; operating profit was about $98,000.
- Q3 revenue rose 9% to $3.28 million; operating profit was about $96,000, swinging from an operating loss a year earlier.
- CEO Charlie Regan cited revenue quality, gross profit generation and expense discipline; focus remains on recurring managed IT and cybersecurity growth.
